From its origins in wholesale voice and DID services, the company has expanded into SMS messaging platforms, gateway solutions, managed telecom services, and digital mobility offerings such as travel eSIM, supporting the growing demands of a connected digital economy.

Meng Chia Yuan — Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of experience across telecommunications, logistics, and call centre operations, Meng has successfully built and operated telecom businesses in emerging markets, working closely with regulators, operators, and enterprise clients.

Tan Heng Chai — Director & Chief Technology Officer
A telecom veteran with more than 25 years of experience, Heng Chai brings extensive expertise in network infrastructure, IP Transit, IPLC, DID systems, voice routing, and messaging platforms, ensuring the company’s solutions are resilient, secure, and carrier-grade.

Richard Tan — Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Marketing Officer
With over 25 years in telecommunications and 15+ years in marketing and commercial leadership, Richard drives Aranda’s strategic growth, partnerships, and market expansion. The management team has established strong relationships with leading global operators, including China Mobile International, Singtel, StarHub, M1, Orange Wholesale, SoftBank, Telekom Malaysia, Telin, Chunghwa Telecom, BT, Verizon, Optus, and Telstra.
